Nicki Jones
Deputy & Compliance Manager
I started in care in 1994 as a domiciliary home carer, as a friend already in care introduced me and thought I would be perfect for this. I worked my way from carer to Registered Manager over the years, but do enjoy working with people in their own homes and helping get the best outcomes for the Customers, so they can enjoy their lives in the way they want. I found my passion lies in compliance and making sure everything is structured and follows all CQC guidelines, as this makes for a safe service for the customers we look after, and gives them peace of mind and their families. I have my certificates in care which document my progress over the years and I am also a Certificated trainer, so I can give the new candidates personal and pertinent training, this enables them to give our customers personal centred care with Choice, Dignity and Respect – which is at the forefront of everything we do. I am married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren, and have 2 dogs.
