Linda Harris/Branch & Registered Manager
Hi my name is Linda, I have worked in the care industry for the last 12 years and have worked my way up from being a care assistant to the role of Registered manager. I enjoy the role very much as I now get to give people the care they deserve with the highly trained carers who have the same values as our company promotes. Our company promotes person centred care delivered with passion , dignity and respect. I started in care when my mother became ill with dementia and needed care herself. I saw the way her care assistants helped to take care of her and make her feel safe, I then decided that I would like to help enhance someone’s life. I am married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren who keep me busy in my spare time, my family are very important to me. I also enjoy taking my dogs for long walks . I love going on holiday to Turkey.
Nicki Jones/Deputy &Compliance Manager
I started in care in 1994 as a domiciliary home carer, as a friend already in care introduced me and thought I would be perfect for this. I worked my way from carer to Registered Manager over the years, but do enjoy working with people in their own homes and helping get the best outcomes for the Customers, so they can enjoy their lives in the way they want. I found my passion lies in compliance and making sure everything is structured and follows all CQC guidelines, as this makes for a safe service for the customers we look after, and gives them peace of mind and their families. I have my certificates in care which document my progress over the years and I am also a Certificated trainer, so I can give the new candidates personal and pertinent training, this enables them to give our customers personal centred care with Choice, Dignity and Respect - which is at the forefront of everything we do. I am married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren, and have 2 dogs.
Debbie Scott/Field Care Supervisor
Hi ,, My name is Debbie Scott, I’m 56 years old and have been doing care since 2010. I am originally from Nottingham and moved down south in 2008. I love taking my dogs out for long walks. All of my family have been in the care profession, and I wished I had done it sooner. I have a NVQ 2 and have been a supervisor for 8 years. I began as a carer and have worked my way up to supervisor and have not looked back since. I love my work but would not ask a carer to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. I love all of our clients and enjoy having a sing song and a laugh with the clients, but I do know when to be serious and be professional and I am always calm in stressful situations. I am looking forward to our new company expanding and meeting all the new clients that come to be our family.
